This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all software products and services provided by Alphabit Technologies IND, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions and On-Premise software licenses. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to this Policy.

1. General Policy

  • All purchases are considered final unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
  • Refunds or returns are processed only according to the conditions in this Policy.

2. SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Refund Policy

2.1 Free Trial Period

  • Customers should evaluate the product during the trial period.
  • No charges apply until the trial ends (if applicable).

2.2 Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees (monthly/annual) are non-refundable.
  • Setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable.
  • Renewal fees are non-refundable.
  • No prorated refunds for partial months or early cancellation.

2.3 Cancellation

Customers may cancel future billing anytime. Access remains active until the current billing cycle ends.

2.4 Service Interruption

Refunds are not provided for downtime due to:

  • Internet outages
  • Hosting provider issues
  • Third-party service failures
  • Natural disasters or force majeure

3. On-Premise Software Refund Policy

3.1 License Purchases

On-premise software licenses are non-refundable once the license key or installation package is delivered.

3.2 Installation & Setup Fees

Installation, customization, or configuration fees are non-refundable.

3.3 Hardware or Third-Party Integrations

The company is not responsible for refunds related to:

  • Customer-owned hardware
  • Third-party software integrations
  • External services required to run the software

3.4 Warranty

Bug fixes or patches may be provided under active support agreements but do not justify a refund.

4. Returns Not Accepted

The following items/services are non-refundable:

  • Digital license keys
  • Downloaded software
  • Custom-developed software modules
  • Professional services (training, consulting, customization)
  • Data migration services
  • Annual maintenance or support contracts

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be provided only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate billing or payment errors
  • Product not delivered before license activation
  • Legal or compliance requirements

Approved refunds are processed within 14–30 business days.
